QUANTITIES FOR THICKENING THE MIX

For CEMENT in BULK and using TRADITIONAL units

ENTER DETAILS OF MIX CURRENTLY IN SYSTEM:

WATER : CEMENT ratio (by vol)= : 1

Volume of grout in AGITATOR = cu ft

Volume of grout in LINES (previously measured when lines filled) = cu ft

TOTAL VOLUME of grout to be thickened ( agitator + lines) = cu ft    The mix used in these calculations is the recommended next thicker one. It is : 1

The thickened mix will be obtained by making one of the following make-up mixes and adding it to the grout currently in the gear.
